The Paradise Garden in Brooklyn is 15 years old and is a garden oasis created from a vacant lot.
Mary Sciales works with many teachers and students from several schools on a weekly basis.
Many raised beds throughout the garden offer a wide variety of plants. The students plant, weed, water, and harvest.
The tunnel hoops can be used to extend the season on the crops in the raised beds.
This tank is utilized to capture rain water for watering the garden.
